JVH Engineering is proud to announce that we are now an official Autodesk Training Center (ATC). We are excited that Autodesk recognizes JVH as leaders in high quality training on Autodesk products. Quality distinguishes Autodesk ATCs from any other training provider; they also provide the best way for beginners and experts alike to get up to speed.  ATC managers and instructors are given a great deal of support from Autodesk to ensure that your training experience exceeds expectations. Facilities are held to the highest standard so you enjoy a comfortable classroom setting with a workstation dedicated solely to you.

60 Days Plus
With most software purchases or the completion of all multiple day training courses, JVH Engineering automatically gives you 60 days worth of FREE Technical Phone and Email  Support. However, we recognize that sometimes 60 days is not enough, and that’s why we offer our Technical Support Program to extend expertise by offering workarounds and resolutions.
 
JVH Support Passes
For those of you not on subscription but still requiring a “safety net”, then the JVH Support Passes are for you. Extending additional expertise by offering workarounds and resolutions, these passes are purchased in blocks of 10 with a required 5 passes per license. Use them at your leisure to cover those unforeseen troubles. Each pass is considered a “per instance basis” meaning 1 pass equals 1 technical phone issue. Issues requiring more than one phone call will be the equivalent of 1 pass. Passes expire yearly and can be used at face value for training and consulting. Excessive fundamental questions are training in nature and training will be suggested. Issues remain open until solved or definitive response (unsolvable). JVH is not held liable for the solution and will always use best discretion.
