JVH Engineering provides process control solutions for extrusion machines including multi-screw and multi-extruder applications. Several Allen-Bradley platforms have been used such as Control Logix, Compact Logix and SLC-500 components. Our extrusion system is fully scaleable and can be customized for each customer’s specific application, as well as integrating other extrusion equipment such as Gala systems, Ktron Feeders and other equipment. In addition to the control solution, JVH also offers complimentary products such as Data Collection systems, Machine Utilization/Downtime software including OEE calculation and Downtime event tracking.
