JVH Engineering has designed a cost effective, easy to integrate migration path for Pro-Set 200 to allow the use of a standard SLC processor—removing the need to continue using the now obsolete “P” processor.


JVH’s Pro-Set 200 migration solution removes the use of the “ERC2” firmware from the original p-type processor allowing the use of either the original processor or a new SLC. The core of the machine sequence all still resides in the SLC processor leaving the ability to modify and manage the existing ladder logic program.

Our design employs the proven digital axis control modules by Bosch- Rexroth. By removing the control from the 10+ ms scan of the SLC and moving it to the 2ms scan of a third party controller, substantial performance and repeatability improvements are realized. This means no more difficult OLT Tuning (Open Loop Tuning) procedure to re-tune your machine. With the Bosch-Rexroth module, tuning is a “set it and forget it” process.
